School librarians in Nevada will have their annual salaries reviewed upwards by 5% annually. The NLA is also home to academic librarians. Partnering with other interest groups and organizations, they can inform members through conferences and newsletters while advocating for equality in pay and an end to discriminatory practices based on gender, race, and beliefs.
